Astrara offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions purchased directly through our checkout pages (excluding the App Store and Google Play).

Eligibility conditions

To request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, you must have:

• followed your training plan and logged your sessions in the app;
• followed the nutrition guidance and logged meals with daily photos in the app;
• submitted before and after photos;
• seen no measurable results despite completing these steps.

How to request a refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your purchase email and the requested materials (training logs, meal photos, before/after photos). We review each request and process eligible refunds within a few business days.

Store purchases

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those platforms' own refund policies. We cannot refund those purchases directly.
